I had a great experience with 50 Grit Flooring. They came to my home and refinished the flooring in our formal dining room, living room, and office. Will and Chris were professional, efficient, and the quality of the flooring is excellent. The finished look completely transformed our space, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their floors!

We had been receiving flooring estimates from area providers when I randomly noticed 50 Grit Flooring. I passed it every day, but didn't see it. Once I knew it was there I couldn't unsee it. Steve B was our sales rep. He went over options with us. Having looked elsewhere we kind of already knew what he wanted. We needed to get glue-down LVT in one area of the house due to the possibility of water coming in. The other areas had floating floor. Steve helped us to find similar styles/colors that would also match our new carpet. Once the materials arrived John S came out for a week of installation. John is a super nice man and it was a delight to have him in our house each day. He went above and beyond in all areas of the home and left us with a like new home feeling. Thank you 50 Grit!

We were very nervous about getting our hardwood floors sanded and refinished due to our pets. Steve B. was kind enough to meet with us after our initial meeting and receiving the quote (which was a lot less than we thought). He answered all of our crazy questions and put our fears to rest. He also gave great advice about the safety of our pets. Will and Chris, the installers, worked fast and efficiently. With their no dust system and the plastic they put up, we had very little to clean when they finished. They were so easy to work with and very understanding when we left something we needed and had to come back in and walk on the floors. The communication, throughout the whole project was beyond anything we've ever experienced. My husband and I recommend 50 Grit Flooring to all of our friends and family.

50 Grit just refinished our entire first floor. I absolutely love the color. Eugene was an amazing mixologist and looked at some pictures I showed him and came up with this beautiful color. Will, Chris and.Medhi did great jobs. Any question or concerns I had someone answered quickly, they were also available in text after hours. I do love our new floors. I would highly recommend 50 grit. It was amazing how little dust and mess there was. An added bonus was they were so kind to our dog too!

50 Grit laced hardwood into my kitchen doing a kitchen remodel and refinished the entire first floor. There were a couple black spots that Will worked very hard to sand out for me. We had an incredible experience with 50 Grit Flooring . The team laid new oak flooring and refinished our existing hardwood, and the results are absolutely stunning. They seamlessly blended the old with the new—even replacing a few damaged boards—and sanded everything to perfection. They also laid tile in our entryway, which turned out great—we’re really happy with how it all came together From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and left no mess behind. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were incredibly helpful and patient while guiding us through design choices. Look no further. This is the absolutely the best flooring company on the planet. Besides doing the greatest flawless work, they will move the furniture for a nominal fee. Before I found them, and we've used them 6 times, I priced other companies and all of them said that we would have to hire a mover. Nothing I wanted to do, scared what would happen to our furniture. We were so lucky to have Josh here with almost every job. Josh now owns the company which is wonderful. We have had other people from the company and they're all wonderful. We started with them having our solid teak inlay sanded, stained, and many coats of polyurethane. The floor never has to be waxed and water and my German Shepherds drool just wipes right up. The next thing we did was to have 2 more rooms where we still had wall to wall carpet taken up and the teak under it refinished. The final job was to put new engineered hickory hardwood in a long hallway and the Master Bedroom. We're done. They made it as painless as possible. Use them you won't be sorry.

Highly recommend 50 Grit Flooring! Communication with Josh was always prompt and efficient via email, and their team even moved our furniture, a lifesaver. Eugene and Spencer worked on our original 1960s floors and truly brought them back to life. Communication with Eugene was such a breeze. I took my time choosing the right stain, and they were so patient, testing multiple swatches until we found the perfect fit. With our red oak, I wanted to cancel out as much as I can the natural red tones, so we went with a 1:1 mix of Early American and Gray. The results are beautiful, we couldn’t be happier!

I am so impressed with the work that Will did on Oct 31. My original 1950 wood floor looks even more gorgeous than I thought it could! His work is top-notch. He communicated well and took good care of my home while he worked, too. I will definitely hire 50 Grit Flooring again and recommend Will to my friends.

5 Stars is not enough for this company's review!! 50 Grit Flooring was highly recommended by their competitors...and that says it all!! We decided to replace our worn out carpet in our Great Room with red oak herringbone hardwood stained in Bona Antique Brown. Josh, the owner, and Eugene did their magic and the European flair that I envisioned came to life, and beyond anything I even anticipated! They went over and beyond with strong communication throughout the process and worked long hours for completion. We also had them replace our carpeted stairs with hardwood. We recommend them highly!

but this job deserved one!! We had our 80 year old peg wood floors finally refinished. Josh provided color samples that were sanded and stained on the actual floor. 50-G offers a furniture move option for a very reasonable price. Other companies sort of said, “I know this company” that could help with that. Offering this service made it so much easier to get this part of the process done! I got 3 bids, 50 Grit was in the middle of the pack. I also saw the incredible work they did on my friend Julie’s patterned new lay floor in a 200 year old house. The tedious detail! Craftsmanship is not dead!! Thank you guys, you are terrific!

We had new hardwood flooring put in and hardwood floors refinished. They did an excellent job. From start to finish they were on top of it. Showed up everyday on time, communicated what they would be doing and worked hard all day, doing a great clean up job at the end of each day. Will and Chris were an awesome team, very skilled and knowledgeable. We would recommend 50 Grit to anyone with flooring needs. Very pleased with this company and their employees.
